Mohammed AbdulGhaffar Hussain has gained over 8 years of investment banking and private equity experience as a member of ABN Amro’s Leveraged Finance Group in London and the bank’s Structured Finance Group in Dubai. As a founding member of the group, Mohammed helped build ABN Amro’s Leveraged Finance business in Europe. Mohammed’s experience includes advisory and execution of multi-billion Euro LBO’s, MBO’s and public-to-private transactions across Europe on behalf of the top-tier US and European private equity groups.
Mohammed serves on the boards of a number GCC based industrial companies, including Green Coast Enterprises and Emirates Tecnopak, in addition to being a Board Director of Sidra Investments. Mohammed is also Deputy Chairman of Hepworth PME, one of the largest manufacturers of plastic pipe systems with activities across the GCC. Mohammed was actively involved in re-organizing and expanding Hepworth’s businesses across the region.
